With the firing range gone yeah otherwise newbies will crash, also got the mod for the globemaster it is awesome at dropping vehicles over AO auto shute appears too

Server restarted, confirmed up and running. 

@other gamepanel users: Please be aware that starting from the list (i.e. with the little tick boxes on the right) can lead to the gamepanel parsing comments in the startup parameters incorrectly. Please make sure the server is actually running all of it's mod after a restart (check in the serverbrowser or on gametracker!)

We stopped it for midweek operations.

the public server 'steals' equipment atm ... #whitelist problems .... it started in wensday where only 1 of the ammo boxes wasnt working ... now its the 2 at base and the 1 at fireing range not working .... 

.. so ppl join load thier loadouts and guns get stolen bei the 'white list' and there are no alternitive guns availible in the armory

If you haven't edited it in two months then that is what is wrong. I updated all my missions recently to make the whitelist script work reliably after the latest A3 update.

Dec 15th was the fix date, it's detailed on the forums somewhere. Pick up the script from one of my missions - not at my PC currently.
