The hexagons that either appear constantly or just briefly after closing the map are vanilla, I presume their (non)appearance is a difficulty setting.

Zargabad (Iron Justice?) is missing a helo resupply crate at the spawn. Combined with having the CAS-PG variant of the Wildcat, it makes life tricky! :)

i've read a little in the changelog ... and 

  • Tweaked: Moved "select" and "leader" icon dependency from difficulty hud[] (i.e. "Extended HUD Info") to hudGroupInfo[] (i.e. "HUD Show Group")
  • Tweaked: Removed dependencies of difficulty flags "Friendly TAG" and "Enemy TAG" on flags "Weapon Crosshair" and "Extended HUD Info". Name tags are now displayed even when weapon crosshair and other HUD elements are disabled. In free look, name tags now display a description of the entity based on where the player is looking (instead of aiming).
  • Removed: Dependency of difficulty setting hudGroupInfo[] ("HUD Show Group") on hud[] ("Extended HUD Info"). Group info can now be displayed even if other HUD elements are disabled.  

appareantly happend ... not sure what it means, but it reads to me like ...

  • bohemia fiddled arround with the difficulty settings, and removed some HUD stuff

and to be clear ... I'm not talking about a permanent display of the hexagons arround the teammates visible for everyone all the time.
i'm talking about a 'where the f'ck is little kitten#3' button, that the squadleader had when he pressed button#3 .... or drawn arround everyone of this little kittens when he wants to figure out where they all are. ... it was a feature that only the SL had when he selected a Squadmember

but also the 'temporarily  drawn hexagon around the SL, when one exists the map' is also gone

There are some issies on Fools Gold right now. I dont consider them major and making the mission broken but it does have a bad effect on the gameplay.

1. Gates dont open automatically
2. Vehicle Loading Bay/Servicing does not work.
3. Aircraft Servicing does not work.

at the servicing/loading bays the option to load vehicles or to repair/refuel/rearm does not get displayed.

There is no war to end all wars.
