Do we still have issues with the headless client not connecting. A few guys on a german ArmA 3 forum have the same issues and two guys who usually know what they are talking about said:

HC does currently not work with maps from the Eden editor. They work when you "convert" them back to 2D atm.

The HC connects and takes it's slot. It appears to load into game. 
Whether it is doing anything while there, no I haven't checked. Mainly because the server is running with good frame rates anyway.
So it seems like BI broke some rather important stuff with Eden - MP triggers being the most critical, currently being looked at on the dev builds, so hopefully it won't be too long until we get a hotfix to main branch.

Well right now 50% on that german forum say "its broken" and the other half say "it is not".

BIS released an ArmA 3 hotfix today.
It's on our servers, so please allow your Steam client to update your game. Only 43Mb.

It fixes the errors with the dedicated server triggers, so gates now open and the vehicle service points work again!

In addition all of our missions have been updated (again) to take account of the new @ace3 features in v3.5.0 (specifically fast roping, but also some tech behind-the-scenes stuff). Thanks to Andy and Robbie for help in testing.

We were going to add it, but it turned out that it was throwing unexpected script errors, so was immediately removed.
However there was an issue with the repo update process which has left an orphan @em in the modsets.

I'm currently (like right now), working with rev to get it sorted out. Standby.  :-)
