In this very mission you play as russian forces. The turban was there by mere accident and while the "OPFOR" for this mission are US-Forces, a turban is a bit in a grey area because it is certainly no "BLUFOR" gear what people should be wearing when playing this or other missions. In most other missions using the turban would be considered rule breaking. The only reason while we usually dont have a big blacklist or a whitelist is because it is very time intensive to maintain.

Everyone is free to play or not to play certain missions if they dislike the mission or some of the contents. We change the mission pretty much every three days.

Personally I dont see a big hassle to remove weapons that are in it twice inside a mission. Most things that are not in the mission are the same weapons, but just from another mod. This is a pretty specific mission and to me the recent changed make sense. It makes things more easier and people will be more likely to be able to give each other ammo for a weapon they use. This would be a issue if both  have the same gun, but it comes from two different mods. It also makes the time shorter people spend in base and play dress up simulator.

Shame about the HLC AK's. I actually prefer them over the RHS ones. Oh well.

Also was the T-90 removed too? Doesn't seem to spawn, if at all.

The T-90 can take a few hits from both a javelin and Abrams, but not a TOW II from a Bradley, oddly enough. But the 2S25's die at literally everything from the first round.

Also I dont know any of the classnames for the AK's, but most of the Izhmash named rifles are pretty decent.

That's not how our arsenal works Dwayne. We are using @xla_fixed arsenal which works from class names.

However the feedback is all good and it sounds like Scofer is on it with an update for it's next turn in the rotation.

If you want to easily find classnames for things to pass to Scofer, open up the new 3D editor and plonk down any random unit. Right click on it, and select "Arsenal" from the bottom. Equip it with whatever you want, and you can then run these commands through the  debug console (the large textbox when you press escape) to find out the classnames.

Your weapons:
player sideChat format ["Weaps: %1", weapons player];

All your magazine/grenade etc types:

player sideChat format ["Mags: %1", magazines player];

Your uniform, vest and backpack names:
player sideChat format ["Uni: %1, Vest: %2, Pack: %3", uniform player, vest player, backpack player];

Uniform contents:

Vest contents:
player sideChat format ["Vest Items: %1", vestItems player];

Backpack contents:

That should probably cover anything you're likely to want, but poke me if I've missed something you need.

P.S. I like how the Red Vanguard mission is played. The fights are intense, a lot of contacts, opfor sends constant reinforcements.

The only significant thing missing is the russian frag grenades. you can get them out of vehicles, but only the smokes and flares are in the arsenal.

The new tweaks to ai are good. responding to supression again and they don't 1 shot you from 800m away :)

Yeah Russians RHS Grenades are really broken right now. Just use the M67's for the time being until it's fixed

The russian RGO and RGN will "explode" when thrown. According to my testing the players who is throwing them wont recieve damage, but anything around him. So those grenades cause a explosion when you throw then and when they land.

There is no war to end all wars.
