Thanks for letting me know lifetap I know arma has a tendency to be naughty. Shame though as it could have been handy if it worked consistently

Modding Dev Server is using the same QueryPort than the Public server again.
So if you connect to the public via a3sync it will try to connect to the Mod dev, which ends in an Wrong Password error.

i know you can join via arma serverlist but yeah... pls fix the config for the dev server ;)

Possibly.

I find with A3Sync, when you select the server from the bottom drop down, it doesn't always sync in time. It often chooses a wrong modset or correct set but wrong server.

Selecting the server a couple of times normally gets it to behave, eventually.

I've got so frustrated with it that I just launch with the modset and find the server in game.

i dont have any of these problems at all.
for the mod dev server problem i tested it with a batch file and if you use direct connect on arma itself it will show you the mod dev server and the public for 3commandobrigade.com:2362 (which will actually ask 3commandobrigade.com:2363 for the server info)

worh a try and a possible workaround could be to name the mod dev server diffrent (like "[3CB] X Dev Modtest..."), i guess it will choose the mod dev over the public because its just following the alphabet
(incase we cant find a real solution :D)

The new Tornado mod has terrible RAF textures - in fact it looks as though it has no paint scheme, being left almost white with a strange black nose and highly visible panel lines.
EDIT: it also throws errors both on screen and in rpt on some models
