Looks like the TFAR update messed with default radio channels, ch1 SR is 444.9 etc.

Operation Red Vanguard is broke at the moment as the respawn modules haven't been updated, thus, no vehicles respawn.

Yes, the channel frequencies are set in the server init.  Looks as though its a TFAR issue.  SJ is in discussions with them.

Because the majority of the Public Server missions have been broken by a mixture of updates to ACE3, ALIVE and 1.64, plus mods have been removed from the repo and the missions need updated. However, due to a combination of other projects and RL, no one has had the time to sit down and work through the issues.
