The BPT marker is just 3-1. On previous operations it was always marked as BPT.

You'll find it as "3-1" on all future private Ops, unless it's an Op consisting entirely of BPT.

We've assigned 3 Troop radio frequencies to BPT

Similarly all support is now on 4X.X

When zeusing, I've had to delete T-50 Stealth Jets who spawn in pairs. I've tried to do dog fights with them in the F/A-18 and I mostly lose because they go ridiculous speeds. I'm guessing the Air Commander module has not been placed correctly or at all.

Module has been placed. Module is set to use RHS faction. Module is set to use only the spawned jets at the two airbases (and not spawn new ones) and fly missions within two specified zones. If it doesn't work, the issue may be ALIVE as we are also seeing some civilian ambient vehicles spawn 200m in the air, rather than on the ground. However, it doesn't do it all of the time.

Desc: The Whiskey group markers are broke in-game, you can select Pilot and Co-Pilot for Whiskey 1 and 2. However, in-game, the Whiskey-1 Co-Pilot has the map marker of Whiskey-2. This is the same for the Co-Pilot of Whiskey 2, where their callsign on map is Whiskey-4. It creates confusion between command elements.
