Good advice there Howl. It's not Players we need to code though. It's all "objects" i.e. base Hescos etc.

Adding to what SJ said, it's not all objects either.
If you disable simulation on some things like lights and barriers they don't work any more.
But no biggie, I don't mind putting in the graft if you guys are enjoying the missions.

Thanks SJ, I'll add the @Alive player logistics for the next update.

@Gav, there will be a supply dump created where you can pick up and load stuff into vehicles/containers. Take them out into the field, build yourself a small FOB, keep it resupplied.
Regarding vehicles, we've got a small dedicated team of guys in the group working very hard right now on Jackals/Chinooks/Weapons and all this will start to show dividends quite soon.

Personally I really like this map and the way Alive generates the feeling of an invasion from the northern port. It's quite different to Zargabad or Takistan in game-play style. Encounter distances can be quite short range, and the AI are able to flank and sneak up on you quite effectively because of the terrain. Anyway, variety is the spice of life, trying to keep things fresh and rotating on the public, waiting for the main event when the @alive chaps get around to indexing the 'big-one'.

4 people reported isolated CTD's yesterday. Mostly though it seemed stable, having run the whole day. No mass CTD's or server instability.
Could be the map? Need to monitor a bit more.

However, the Community Upgrade Project has been released on PwS and it looks great. No rpt errors seen in single player, so all looks good.

It's too exciting not to throw it straight on the public server...

Reports have been generally positive on stability over the last few days:
- No one has posted a ctd report here
- Most that I've asked have noticed no problems
- One or two said they had had isolated ctd's, no obvious cause
- No mass ctd's and no general complaints/concern over it, so although not 100% clear, it looks ok

@ares added for game admins only - no change to the repo for players
Ares improves the functionality of Zeus.

Stalker British Infantry and 3CB BAF Units have been converted to use CUP weapons and are now available on Play WithSix.
Mission has been updated to use our MTP uniforms, adds Lynx Wildcats and enables ALIVE player logistics (build your own FOB).

Alive Player Logistics
Bind a key to Custom Controls > Action Key 20 (most people use LEFT WINDOWS)
In game, press Left Windows to bring up the Alive Menu.
Under Player Logistics, Enable Actions.
Go to the supply dump, find an item to move, scroll on it, select CARRY.
Move item near to a transport vehicle, drop it.
Scroll on the vehicle, select Stow Cargo.
