I did place a lot of Zeus units Alexander (regarding the "Capture the Outpost" task), but as SJ says, they mostly did their own thing and you could see them react quite intelligently.
The only units I took direct control of was a Hind attack helicoptor which you eventually shot down, and an infantry unit which sneaked right up behind your Section (as in touching distance) and scared the living daylights out of one of your squad mates (didn't recognise the voice). Always have someone checking six!!
VCOM was throwing a number of repeating RPT script errors to clients though:

StabilityThe server ran for 9 hours straight yesterday and was well populated for most of the time.
Occasional client crashes were seen, but they were isolated and it is likely (imo) that they were just random A3 crashes, perhaps due to the unresolved PhysX bug.
In general the feeling from players is that the server is stable and there are certainly no mass disconnects and most are able to play 2-3 hours without issue, including with heavy Zeus activity.
