The #1884 behind the changelog is the issue number on @AGM's github-based issue tracker. (Aren't open-source mods + github cool? :P

Reading the comments (arguably not the best way to have to find a new features documentation) you'll find (at the bottom, since they changed the name/type a few times):

View distance script - I'll take a look, thanks.

AGM groups - post in the 3CB Config thread (see OP for details of what it does, and Dev1 for practical demo) if you know how to disable that feature via the AGM modules, then Lifetap can decide whether to remove it from the mod that he's made.

The inventory splitting when being dragged into a player's inventory is a 'feature' of Arma's engine. Unfortunately nothing I can do about that. It would be the same if you had manually put items into the vehicle's inventory yourself.

The vehicle loader doesn't take into account the capacity of the vehicle's inventory (unfortunately there's now proper way of getting a vehicle's capacity), and so it can over-fill vehicles with kit (if the driver requests too many loadouts). This makes the inventory bar go off the charts, making it seem as though items are weightless when you remove them (when in fact they are actually reducing the vehicle's weight, you just can't see the weight reduce since it's off the scale).

So now we have v1.38 with a PhysX update, it's super important that we record any and all crashes to desktop on this thread.
I want to freeze our mission and mods for a few days while we gather this info, because we need confirmed stability before we continue moving forward.

I just played for a few hours with around 10 players and saw no ctd's. Everything seemed pretty smooth.

The AI are smarter than you think. If they've seen you once, they keep shooting at or near you even if they can't see you.

Medical system has not been altered at all.
