More likely a Zeus did something earlier. Changing weather and especially time with Zeus is not recommended for our persistent JIP environment. the server can decide to reset randomly it seems

There was another incident today of the weather changing the server had been up for 18hours I have no idea if there was a zeus active at the time/ if it only happened to me or everyone else.

Weather and time changes are different. So far I've only seen a time change reported here, not weather, so not sure about the "another incident of weather changing"?

Weather will change dynamically through the @alive module. It may not always 100% sync all players together, and I suppose therefore that sudden changes to a single player may occur rather than a gradual transition.

Time shifts should not be occurring unless a Zeus is messing around.

No players with Zeus access should mess with any of the environmental options (time, weather, post processing effects).

The latter is a script in the mission, and it's definitely present where it should be. If the former, then I'm looking for a typo somewhere.

Not sure, but I think the quads respawn really quick. On most maps they are in general used to drive around inside the actual base. So it would not suprise me if they have a really quick respawn.

15 minutes for Quad bikes. Get back on it to restart the abandoned timer.
All other vehicles have a 2 hour abandoned timer before respawn.


The info is on the map screen in the briefing for reference.

NOTES

SPAWN DISTANCE
  Enemy units spawn when GROUND troops are within 800m.

VEHICLE RESPAWN
Vehicles respawn when abandoned/destroyed with the following delay (mins):-
 Quad bikes: 15/1
 Vehicles: 120/5
 Helicopters: 120/15
 Armour: 120/30

MOVING GOLD BULLION
  Use the ALIVE menu, Player Logistics...Activate Actions

Not sure where the Mi-28's are coming from..

I assume Massi is pointing to them - shame as we have a VERY nice collection of Hinds to choose from intead...

Also noticd Apollo that we could not for the life of us load that gold crate into the Jackal.... Absolutely would not fit ?

Another point - as all the clever Gold coding is yours, does the gold box have a random spawn location ?

I didn't try fitting the box into vehicles - just assumed. Anyway, it's GOLD. Deserves more than a Jackal for transport. HEMTT at the very least. :-)
Yes, the gold bullion location is randomised on each restart somewhere in the vicinity of the task markers. 

One bug feature I'd like to sort out is why the tune plays for JIP players on spawn, as it's not supposed to.
