I had a request to restart the server and change the map as the base was supposedly totally destroyed and the map was getting boring, apart from that no their was no list of what to change to.

There is a suggested map rotation list in my post of 12th March in this thread. I recommend a 3 day swap.

Problem is no Officer or NCO has stepped up yet to take the responsibility since I stopped.

Cant find your post (at least not 12 march this year). Can you maybe quote it here?

I dont know if it would work very well with most of our currents maps, but I would like the idea of a fast map rotation. When I was playing ACE in ArmA 2 there were some servers where you could in fact play 2-3 maps all in one day. It was often like this.

Insurgency on Zargabad - set to 4 weapon caches.
Domination on Chernarus - Set to 4 successfully captured targets
Insurgency on Takistan - set to 4 weapon caches.

In these times there are a lot of more maps and gamemodes to pick from and I would actually like the idea that with +20 people you would be able to finish a map in a few hours on the public server. The map would change to something else and people could also pick new roles and other people would get the chance to play something different.

I would really like that and I would help with a map rotation but I am no NCO.

I'm happy to do that, assuming everybody else is cool with it (doesn't really work if other people keep changing the mission at a whim).

 I'm also 100% for restart-requests only :)

Mh,  our ALIVE based missions should easily take 18+ hours of gameplay to 'complete'. I think a 48h rotation is reasonable -- any maps that are "too short" will simply need tweaking :)

Removed @bornholm from the public repo as it seems to be causing issues with starting / joining servers.

That's ok, I didn't take it the wrong way.
Some of them need headless client to get the cqb elements working - needs to be remembered by the admin when switching missions.

Make sure you put on and check connection of the HC if it needs it - says in the readme.txt
