Taking ACE off the public repo.

Alexander is removing ACE from the current mission (Copper Valley) so we can continue playing until a fix is released.

We're gonna make two versions (just to be safe) - one with ACE basic, and one without ACE entirely. If the 1st one still crashes, we'll switch to the 2nd one.

Few notes about Kunduz mission:
 
1. Awesome logo :-)
2. After server restarted we encountered from small to none resistance from insurgents. We completed 5 objectives with 3-5 men strong within 1.5 hours and barely have to shoot at hostiles. I assume the number of hostiles should be increased.
3. A lot of IEDs on the map and a lot of garbage on the map that can be IED. 1-1 Explosive Specialist reported that he defused IED and after some time IED exploded. Some times 1-1 Explosive Specialist was intact after IED exploded.

Thanks for the feedback - when the mission starts there are very few active enemy profiles. However they will multiply. after 24 hours there will be more than 300 if left un-checked.

I can increase the start units, but the map will get progressively harder in later stages..

Alternatively I can increase the Sitting CQB units - I've got a few tweaks to make here and there - please keep the feedback coming

SJ, I'd suggest up'ing the start numbers.
I had to do this on Hearts and Minds as well initially, because the missions do not run for long enough between restarts - especially at the moment with all the ace/rhs bugs.

- Moved Teleport Flag
- Replaced US flag with UK
- moved a few miss-place lamps in base
- applied straightening code to Vehicle repair Concrete barriers
- reduced Static IED Threat from Extreme to High
- increased Suicide bomber and vehicle bomber threat to Extreme, was High
- Increased CQB Density to High from Medium
- Increased CQB % from 5 to 10
- Increased Active units to 9 from 3 i.e. 3 sets of 3 units.
- Increased ALiVE Civ and Mil module spawns from 1 to 3 groups each
