I think I know what causes the floating magazine bug. Apparently (according to a changelog in Alwarren's FHQ M4 pack) he had it because his skeleton and model had the same name in his model.cfg
I've managed to 'reproduce' the bug once more but I can't reliably reproduce it. I've PM'ed the guy who helped Alwarren find this bug, hopefully he can shed some more light on how to reproduce it and then we can figure out which mod it comes from.

I'm currently on holidays, but Apollo, Goodson or another admin should easily be able to update the missions with that class name :)

It would be great to get this in... tactical ladder was one of the best mini mods I ever ran in A2 and A3. So useful !

It's silly that you cannot climb walls or onto roofs..

Apollo, what would your concerns be ?

Well if it works like the A2 ACE ones. it's just like a ladder - a collapsable one - like you sometimes see janitors/handymen using.

Looks completely fine from what I remember

I make the mod, but I don't get to decide what is or isn't whitelistsed. The whitelist isn't in the mod, it's set in the mission.  What is or isn't whitelisted has in the past usually been down to the public server manager, with some discussion from the NCOs. 
Jamie is currently responsible for the public server, so it's ultimately up to him to decide on this and then implement it. I have also put up a topic for the next NCO meeting to discuss this process and see how we can improve it, especially in terms of speed ;)
