Mod Change Suggestion


Hello All,

I've been having issues with the mod called advanced movement recently which is the mod on the Pubby that allows you to jump walls etc. After some testing, I've figured out it causes something called the slow bug. This is where the player seems to be stuck in slow motion when doing any movement such as sprinting or jogging. 

I know many people have had this bug because of this. 

I would maybe recommend it is removed from the repo as it does cause this bug from my short period of testing.

The actual bug can happen in a few ways. 

Generally, it happens after trying to climb on top of a person in order to climb an object. @Robbo will cite that.

I think we're several iteration behind the latest version on AM. For good reasons re stability - but might now be worth a look again to update.

Jetrise, the "slow bug" has been in A3 since release.  It's fairly common if you have TrackIR.  The problem seems to occur when the game gets confused as to whether the player is in a leaning stance.  Usually toggling lean left/right will cure the bug, at least in my experience.

Can you see if you can recreate the bug and then try that fix
