U can block him through the TeamSpeak Contacts, its not a perfect solution but its something untill hes permanently gone.

its somebody who is using the serverquery again...
my best guess is that the channelupdater got overtaken again (we had this last year already, goodson came up and changed the pw of the serverquery user that we have)
