Cant see other users

As the title says, I can not see anyone in any other channel other than my own. Tried to fix it by subscribing to all channels, but it says this:
insufficient client permissions (failed on i_client_max_channel_subscriptions)

its because your new group "Visitor" dont have any permissions.
and it wont fallback to the default group (that has the required permissions) because youre in "visitors".

i already talked to lifetap about this "problem" and were aware and trying to fix it...
