Militia and irregular forces - Massi African Conflict

Yep I'm up for it... we've used exactly those units on Sunday's op in fact and I can see some follow up missions being derived from that,

I know that Massi's units cause some issues with Alive in that the Config isn't created to match the Vanilla Formats BLU_ IND_ OPF_ etc.

But that's something that Massis (if anyone can get hold of him !) could easily fix.

I enjoyed playing against them on sunday for sure.
