To me it is not so much about the bugs, but more about the functions itself. I hope Xmed will improve this a lot in the future.

I agree with Howl on this.
Doing multiple medical procedures on injuries that have little effect in game just takes time away from having combat fun, for me.

Considering that even the public server has been a little buggy recently, there is no way I would suggest ever using Xmeds 2 until it has been tested, unchanged, and reviewed as completely stable for at least a year after release. It doesn't have a good track record.

If you look at it from the perspective of making the combat as 'realistic' as possible, then injury has to be meaningful.  Being able to get back to fighting effectiveness too quickly would lessen the impact of injury, and probably result in people taking more risks.

Although having to bandage various parts of the body is a little abstract, at least it gives you something to do, whilst vital time is ticking by.  It makes being hit, inconvenient at best.

I agree with Evrik, the server has been much more stable without Xmed
