Dynasound has a new update:

• Changed: DS_m_SonicCracks now is DS_m_Bullets (remove DS_m_SonicCracks!)
• Changed: Adaption of the CBA Macro and XEH system
• Changed: More scripts now run unscheduled
• Changed: New Katiba sounds
• Added: MAR-10
• Added: Cyrus
• Added: MK14
• Added: EMR
• Added: New explosion sounds for ground vehicles
• Added: New subsonic bullet flyby sounds
• Fixed: Flyby script now takes player speed into consideration
• Fixed: Flyby script won't show an error if the aircraft has no flyby sound defined
• Tweaked: Inroom sounds should be more audible
• Tweaked: Some inconsistencies in the volume of silenced weapons

Other than ticking it in Pw6 is there anything else necessary? 

I can't really tell the difference. Granted I'm not really playing that much attention to the sound when the action kicks off.

Dynasound is much more subtle compared to soundsmods like JSRS. While it is definitely changing sounds, it feels more like the mod is enhancing existing sounds and not to create a completly different enviroment like JSRS. The Major differencence you can hear are distant sounds of firefights, explosions etc,

You must have been deafened the first time you heard a grenade go off in dynasound then ;)

That would would explain why I can't tell the difference.

I never really used hand grenades before so I can't quite remember what they sounded like compared with Dyna.
