looking through the thread, I didnt see what you meant by satcom at first, turns out its this thing:

I have actually often wished something like this existed for whiskey's at base, as on larger maps even long range vehicle radios aren't enough to cover the distance. I can picture sitting at base around this thing waiting for a call to action, would be very useful and freaking cool

Would be nice to have this. This would make little FOB's more logical and it would also give recce/bpt something to do.
