My first attempt at re-texture and configs.


Good start, JD. One thing though, is the MTP on the sleeves (see the image where they are stacking on the door) running at 90 degrees to the rest of it? I am guessing that the arms in the texture template are at 90 degrees to the rest of the uniform body / legs. If that is the case, I've done it a few times myself. The helicopter pilot coveralls has the same issue.

As for redoing the other uniform in DDPM, I will probably get around to it at some point and add it into the equipment pack. I am working on the Opfor pack at the moment so that is taking up all of my texturing focus:

Also, that middle vest in the 4th image works well. What is that one, the light AAF vest?

The colour of the texture in game can sometimes depend upon the underlying texture layers (.nohq, .smdi etc... ) You can apply the exact same camouflage on different parts of the model and it appears different (brighter, darker etc...). In the picture I posted, I applied the same Iranian DPM pattern to the uniform, vest and helmet. However, the uniform was darker than the vest and the helmet was brighter than them both. I had to tweak it down until they were a closer match across the range.
