Comparing kill counts misses the point of what 3CB is all about.
I tend to glance at it near the end of the mission to get an idea of the total forces involved, and how much action I saw compared to the overall picture. There tend to be one or two people with massively higher scores, typically either because they've destroyed some armour or simply got the finishing shot on a load of hostiles - but I don't think anyone here was implying that the scores were anything more than an amusing point.
Some people will always be competitive, some people will always be wildly anti-competitive, but most people don't really care and just want to play
