You may have that disabled by accident. If I remember it correctly, her volume is managed via the music volume for ArmA 3. So if you have your music turned off, you wont be able to hear her.

Yeah I wasn't really paying attention as I was reading the stream chat. That's why I said I didn't plan this through very well... :D
