I rarely play as Marksman, prefer the boom boom of explosives or AT. I'll take a closer look at the current scope when I get home. I imagine once I do the difference will be obvious.

Definitely yes. :)

I think the modding team has stepped away from giving a ETA. There are always things that can postpone updates and those can be things you have no influence over. Things like updates for ArmA 3, or updates for related mods like ACE3 etc.
