I use TrackIR for Arma and DCS, and would not be without it.
I've used Tobii eye trackers at work, but not version 5. Eye trackers are completely different tech and behave very differently. They track where you look on the screen. It takes training to not casually flick your eyes around the screen. TBH they are so different from TrackIR that I cannot see how you can use them for the same role. Eye trackers are primarily used to control interfaces with your eyes (eg. an alternative to the keyboard) or to monitor where your eyes are looking (eg for stat gathering on an online store).
Brill. Thanks Tap thats exactly what I needed. I flick my eyes all over while playing, especially arma, so that does not sound like something I would get along with!
