A changing British solider


Daily Telegraph has got photos that have been taken of the kit that has changed and developed since 1066 and the Battle of Hastings to the modern loadout of a Solider in Helmand.  Really interesting to look at.

Another interesting one is the difference between the Falklands loadout and the modern one is the change in Body armour.
