[Dev1] ACE3 Release Candidate Testing

1. Download @ace from here:
https://github.com/acemod/ACE3/releases/download/v3.1.0/ace3_3.1.0.zip

2. Extract the .zip and rename folder from "@ace" to "@ace_rc" (just so we know what it is) and place it in your Arma 3 root folder.

3. Create a new collection in PwS that contains @cba_a3 and @ace_rc (use the search bar at the top of PwS). Launch game and join Dev 1.

Feedback from testing this morning with a few guys:
  • New PAK heal time is good. However, it would be nice to define a co-efficient in the Editor for this (e.g. 0.5x or 2x healtime).
  • Ladder backpack height needs to be increased (screenshot).
  • Ladders can be climbed from other side of wall.
  • Ladder can be climbed while being deployed by someone else.
  • Torso reachability is more difficult (interaction menu).
  • New subtle suppression is nice.
  • Spotting scope animation is incorrect - should be prone and closer to the scope (screenshot).

For those interested, here are the new PAK heal times (from testing):
  • 10 seconds for single bullet wound to leg.
  • 15 seconds for single bullet wound to each leg.
  • 45 seconds for heavy damage from firefight.
  • 2 minutes for maximum damage (i.e. 150mm artillery barrage).

cortina wire .. has only a visual effect for the person who deployed the wire, and it updated to the vihicle damage ( sliced tires ) if the creator of the wire gets into the driver seat of said vehicle

HunterIR ( Granate ) ... direct fire of the granade dont damage civilian, infantry, wildlife but it damages windows in buildings

Clarification - tire damage from cortina wire is only local to the person who deployed the wire (i.e. the person who deployed the wire will see popped tires, whereas everyone else will see undamaged tires).
