Another techy question


Sorry guys but you lot know stuff and i dont :P

So windows 10 completed its download, and i looked on my drives to see where it had gone and was pleasantly surprised to see that my small SSD has gone from almost overflowing to only half full.

Could anyone enlighten me as to wtf is going on? has the windows 10 download activate some sort of c-cleaner?

Vec, there are lots of hidden folders that Windows uses.  There is one call "Installer" where Windows kindly stores all the applications you have ever tried to install.  I've seen this folder be as a large as 25G.  Its entirely possible that upgrading to windows 10 results in a clean up of such folders.
