Not nearly so certain about pilot error. If we'd seen the preceding seconds it might have been clear, but given the angle and starting velocity it sank a lot faster than I would have expected, and the pitch-up generated less deceleration than I would have expected if rotors were at full RPM and torque.
Frankly, we have one patchy angle that missed the key leadup, and we're trying to judge an unusual flight regime by eye. I'll certainly be interested to hear what the inquiry says.
