Hi All!

Firstly, a big thank you to Robbie for pointing me in the direction of the server and the group. Cheers mate, it's as good as you said it would be.

I've been looking for a solid bunch of guys with interesting missions, combat opportunities with responsible players. The mods are good and the PWS system worked flawlessly, if a little slowly to start with.

I've only been on a few times so far but I'm impressed and I hope to become a more permanent addition in the future. I'll also add that everyone has been extremely helpful and made the introduction of a whole raft of new mods as painless as possible.

I'm currently in Dubai so the +4 hours means I can't be on too late, a little frustrating as it's when you start to get busy; however, I'll be permanently back in the UK in the New Year and it should be hunky dory from then on.

Thanks again and looking forward to spending more time on the server.

The name; been my online name for many a year now. Must be at least 15 years now.

Which names in particular? All I remember that they were all humorous and frequently related to profession/personality.

Especially impressive when you remember that the books were originall french and translated - the one that I always particularly loved was the original french name for Dogmatix was "Idefix". This is from "idee fixe", literally "fixed idea", and therefore the translated name of Dogmatix both retains the original meaning and adds a new pun with "Dog-"

I would like to confirm that Asterix, while welcome, is not a relation or acquaintance.

Though if he is joining the annoyingly named "Weetabix" squad then the more the merrier (or is that just reserved for us brothers?) :p
