Hi! We don't do fixed roles in our operations, and there aren't (nornally) "sniper" roles in our ops. There are sometimes recce elements who use the weapons, but their job is normally to provide reconnaissance primarily.

We do have a sharpshooter or marksman in each section, but they move with the section so I'm not sure if that's what you're really after?

As Nick said, we do not use fixed roles, so nobody is stuck being a medic, machine gunner or a sniper. Sections do have a marksman or a sharpshooter but those fill the role of a designated marksman and stay with the section use marksman and not "classical" sniper rifles. At times we do use reconnaissance elements, but those  are also not "snipers". In general we are more team orientated and we put more focus on 1 or 2 troops of infantry with some supporting elements like helicopters, artillery or armoured transport in our missions.

However you (or everyone) is free to use one of the Recce slots in our public missions as sniper/spotter combo.
