Norton - Introduction


Hey! Been playing for a couple of days now. Thought I'd make myself known around the forums.

I found 3 Commando through seeing numerous YouTube videos on similar types of combat. I really wanted to get into it, and went searching for some websites. And here I am.
I'm a student studying computer science. I love games and love Arma.
I am surprisingly, after thousands of hours collectively playing both Arma 2 and Arma 3; just getting used to the server operations and tactical realism. I've never done it before and I have to say I am really, really enjoying it so far. I can't wait to play more.
If you see me struggling with any basic stuff, it's probably because I have very little experience with tactical realism. So please point me in the right direction. Thanks!

Hope to see more and more people join what looks to be a fantastic server.

I've got 4K hours in ArmA 2... kinda sad? Probably, but was sure fun. Regarding the lack of MilSim knowledge, I wouldn't worry about it. You'll pick up on our jazzy terminology over time and I'm sure most players, 3CB members especially, will give you a hand. Sorry I couldn't help with you being FAC the other day, didn't really have time managing 3 sections, my own section, and 4 whiskeys screaming in my ears to assist/teach you. xD
