The fact that you can't see the server from the browser is rather suspicious :P Can you see other servers in the browser?

Yeah, I can see all other servers.

And no firewall issue, no fresh install either.

This is all very confusing, it was working fine yesterday. I just restarted my PC too, still nothing.
