Looks like he is an ex-member and permissions were removed from him. He can't join the tech help or lounge channels and has no "Guest" server group.

hello kai,

i checked the server and there was still a client named "kai" in the "basic training stage 1" group.

i removed that account, if that is you, you'll be able to switch channels again.
sometimes we oversee something in the groups and then the account wont get the default user permissions again...
