Question now is, where to buy everything from? Anyone had any experience with Newegg, Ebuyer, Scan, Overclockers, anywhere else?

I've used them all at one point. Spent the most with Scan as they're NORMALLY the cheapest, But OcUK have some great deals and more choice on components sometimes too. They have superb end of life deals, but tend to charge a little more upfront for very new stuff (normally because they have stock that the others don't - supply and demand)

Thanks for the input guys, what I'm looking for mostly is good after-sales service as I don't want to receive a faulty product (or possibly even break something myself) and have to go through terrible customer service to get it replaced.

It seems that all the suppliers mentioned are pretty reliable and popular. I think I'm going to go with Scan, mainly because of this:

nah mate, you really don't need that.... VERY unlikely to bodge this up unless you're a complete nincompoop

It's like Credit Insurance.... pointless and they'll never pay out anyway

I tried to keep the cables as tidy as I could.

The best way to keep the cables tidy...
...is not to plug them in.

looking good though!
