there's no ping restriction that I know of on the server... Most likely not got the right mods as Scofer suggested

Try "Verify Local Files" in Steam, maybe some of your core game files are corrupted

Can you try turning off -nologs and joining the server again? This should give you a popup box next time you are kicked - giving you a reason for the kick.
