Play With Six Config Error

Text is very hard to read in that screenshot, but it looks like it's trying to sync/update (path leads to .synq folder + says "Syncing..." in the bottom left") your mods while you're playing (resulting in a disk operation error - files in use cannot be modified/overwritten).

Not sure why it's doing that. It shouldn't be doing anything unless you request it. Are you sure you didn't launch your game while it was about to update/install your mods?

Doh! Didn't notice that, too used to Imgur haha.

Maybe just let it sync, wait until it's done, and then try starting your game?

Would recommend exiting PW6 when playing

Yeah - just lower your weapon (trust me) then alt tab - close PW6 - Bob's your uncle

For pw6 I recommend running the beta versions. They update much quicker. Also important Pw6 is run as admin.

One final point. I highly recommend 're-configuring pw6 to store your @mod folders in the root of your arma3 folder. This is NOT the way 6 automatically does it. However many mods have poor config scripts which specifically go looking for userconfig folders in the same root folder as the @mod folder. You can see why if you follow pw6 system this would be an issue. Vcom_ai is a good/bad example of this

There's two folders you can eliminate actually - one here

D:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Arma 3\.synq

As you did - this contains all the "Backup" copies that 6 takes of the mods you download - it also stores previous versions in case you want to roll back. It's a brilliant feature, but SPACE hungry.

The other one to delete in times of Sync desperation is the following

C:\Users\serjames\AppData\Local\SIX Networks\Play withSIX
