The message in your screenshot shows issues with vanilla Arma 3 files (not mods) - perhaps some of your game files are corrupt?
This happens sometimes. I suggest verifying the integrity of your game cache:

In Steam > Right click on Arma 3 > Properties > Local Files > Verify integrity of game cache.
