Check your plugin in TS. If you dont give PWS admin rights in the settings, it can not install the plugin in teamspeak. So you might have a different plugin version.

I did not encounter this myself and could not find anything about those issues on the internet. So it might be something wrong with you, the guy you tested it, or with both of you.
