There's a temporary fix for the proplem: Use -winxp lauch parameter for arma3.exe. It has some unwanted side effects but it will fix this issue, (e.g. you will lose some prefomance potential, longer alt-tab times)

The most annoyng thing about ARMA franchise isin't the bugs; The the worst thing is: You don't have better option.
