I think Airflow could be causing you issues.... The fact it was totally stable with the fan set to 80% locked would indicate it's having to work too hard. Could you add Painshop red arrows onto the fans so we can see which way they blow ?

I wonder, for the Motherboard are there any slightly higher screw positions you could move it to ? Just a couple of CM would make a big difference I think

Fans blow downwards on the graphics card. I checked yesterday im afraid there is no higher positions :( if i was to get a new case would everything be compatible?

Bought the corsair case cr300 has 2 fans with it and a lot more space :) thanks for all the help gents i should really never upgrade again lol useless
