The version we are running is.

Check if you are running the exact same version. Also do did you create a own collection with our mods or are you actually using our repository?

The problem looks to be wider than just JSRS possibly.

Are you actually launching the game by selecting the "[3CB] Public" collection in PlayWithSix? Do not use a custom collection that you have created.

Have you installed any 'optional' pbo files for cba or ace3? If so, you may need to remove them.

Does it look like this?
Ignore "Collection (#1)" which I created for something else.

The reason we have a big collection of mods for the moment is that it enables us to switch missions on the server without having us or players closing the game and loading another collection of mods.

use the magic green button to get our repos and then make sure you launch by selecting the "public" repo from the list. It should have  40+ mods right now.

No because our server is bikeyd so you need the extract mods the server is running to get access

Not entirely true Andy. He could get on with less mods, but of course, whenever we change mission he would start to see missing objects and it might cause issues for other players. So yes, we do insist that if you want to join our public server you must download the entire repo and launch it all. 

He's getting kicked off, according to the rpt, because he's running incorrect mods and versions of mods with mismatching bikey's. Brought about by creating his own Collection, rather than launching the one provided by us.
The solution is simple (except for waiting for the download time) and he knows what to do, so it's up to him whether he wants to join the fun.  :-)
