I am thinking about replacing my two old SATA HD's with SSD Drvies. Any recommendations?

You don't really need more space unless you have cash to burn.
Put Windows and ArmA on the SSD. Mods on an HDD.

Does ArmA 3 (or games in general) actually really benefit from running on a SSD?

Arms does definitely. Basically its a faster read/write speed mean the rest of your hardware has to work less to load textures for example

Loading yes, but my loading is not that bad. Are just quicker loading times in games worth fiddling around and having a single game from steam installed on a different HD?
