Apologies for a buggy mission

I wasn't able to attend the last Op, but I'm sure those that did will appreciate the honesty of your post and already understand the effort that goes into making these missions even when not fully successful first time.

Self police yourself on the rule that a mission must be completed, tested and with only minor tweaking allowed, at least one week before the Op date, and it'll be easier to manage.

So, if this weekends Op is not 100% fully complete and tested *already*, cancel it and rerun something else instead. You and Howl need to get 1 week ahead of the cycle and then the pressure will be a lot less; speaking from experience here!
