Ref: slinging helmets on non-MTP backpacks, confirmed bug and fixed in Dev, awaiting hotfix release.

We have not published any hotfixes.  All fixes so far have been released just to 3CB, so we could test them

Looks as though the text is wrong, but the download is correct.

We plan to push a hotfix tomorrow so it should be updated then.
