Being a Pilot isn't 100% action, and accommodating to people who cant understand what being a pilot on a realism server is about is completely moronic.

As before, this is a game and meant to be enjoyable - I personally am happy being a co-pilot, or staring at a hill etc. Remember, I spent nearly a year in a community where my job was typically to fly the troops in, sit at base in a helo for 2 hours chatting with the other pilot, and then extract the troops. I am the exception, however... :p
And if you still disagree, I'd refer you to the other two points and also remind you that this isn't official doctrine, or a server requirement, or even training - it is simply my quick list of things to help our pilots have an enjoyable, productive and safer time.
