SerJames can you let us know what changes you made to get this to work.  Ninja and myself were looking at a mission that we are making with Depro and as we had used a previous version of Xmed as we had both updated our versions to the latests one it was not working.

That should go into your User config folder

...\SteamApps\common\Arma 3\userconfig\X39

Now simply Drop the Xmed Module down on the map and the Limitations module. And your golden.

So, it seems like Xmed cuts out the normal Arma 3 sounds, but it does not seem to happen when you use a soundmod, like JSRS or SOS. Dunno what that is about. :'>
