Server stability - TFAR

In an effort to improve server stability we're also looking at TFAR.

A quick review shows that many people are running outdated versions of the TFAR plugin, which could be contributing to the general stability issues.

Can you please ensure that you have updated your plugin to the latest version (0.9.12) found in the folder: @task_force_radio\teamspeak

In a few days we'll be turning on some auto-checking code, on all servers. This will kick people where the TFAR plug-in version does not match the server version.
