Vana - Loadout Management

Hey guys,

This Mod just appeared on the workshop yesterday, and, after a short period of usage, I can attest to its usefulness.

All that this mod does is add extra sorting options to the Virtual Arsenal menu, such as being able to create different tabs, rename tabs and loadouts, as well as add a deletion confirmation pop-up, so that you don't delete a loadout by accident. It also adds Drag and Drop functionality.

I would love to see this mod implemented on the public server, as it adds features that I personally feel should have been in the base game from the start

Definitely looks worth an investigate - it'd be nice to be able to store era/camo-appropriate loadouts rather than just stashing all my stuff as MTP then swapping clothing for the scenario!

Or you could stop playing barbie dress up and just use the default load outs....? Lol.

Does not work with xlaArsenal. At least without modification.

Or I could do what I've done, and made and saved a sensible loadout with the gear distributed through my uniform, rig, and pack in the manner that I want and facilitates me doing my job in the field while also being tailored to how I know I utilise and expend gear during play :p

Default loadouts are a really good starting point, but there'll always be some default gear I don't want and some additional gear that I do want. As with so many of these things: if you don't want to use it, then simply don't use it.

Anyone gone through the process of .rpt checking it?

Is there a forum post/non-steam link for this? In order to use this with @XLA_FixedArsenal it would probably need to be modified and/or integrated with the fixed arsenal.
Alternatively, I could re-implement the functionality in FixedArsenal but I won't have time to work on the mod until December/January.

If you are planning to revisit XLA, then my from my perspective a fix to the disappearing short range radio would be the most beneficial. Unless there is already a workaround ?
